Got dragged to this by Bruce and Christy. Nothing better to do, and it got me out of the house.
A dweeb changes schools and changes his image. And hilarity ensues. Well, maybe a little. The story tries to be silly with a heart of gold, but it doesn't pull it off.
I'm typing this up over a month later, so I don't remember a lot of details. I seem to remember a couple of good sight gags. A few good jokes. Several of the chicks were hot. In particular, the gratuitous swimsuit montage by Eliza Dushku (yummy!) was nice.
A lot of the humor is over-the-top. Exaggerated characters. Elaborate setups. Slapstick humor.
It ended with the easily-anticipated moral scene. He gets busted, but the girl forgives him. They go out front and everyone one else has forgiven him, too. Everybody learns their lesson and it's all peachy.
I want to say more, but there's really not much else to say. It's just about exactly what you'd expect from the previews.
On Mighty's Baby Brother's Total Movie Value Scale, Cable with Popcorn and Drinks. A silly mostly-waste-of-time. Not horrible, but not a lot going for it beyond a few jokes and the cute chicks.
